About This Experience
After breakfast, we begin the day with a visit to Corcovado, home to the iconic Christ the Redeemer statue—Rio de Janeiro’s most famous landmark since 1931. The tour starts in the Cosme Velho neighborhood, where we board the Corcovado train, which winds its way through the lush Tijuca Forest to the summit. From the top, at 710 meters above sea level, enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of Sugar Loaf, Guanabara Bay, the Southern Zone beaches, and the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon.
