Begin at historic Plaza de Mayo, the epicenter of the nation’s political and social life since 1810, surrounded by emblematic landmarks. Continue to the colorful neighborhood of La Boca, once a working-class district and now a cultural icon, where Calle Caminito bursts with art, tango rhythms, and Porteño spirit. The walking tour begins at Plaza 9 de Julio, the heart of the city, surrounded by the Cathedral Basilica and the Historic Cabildo.
